"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Yep, I pencil them out as roughs first, then ink them, then do the colors, borders and dialog in Photoshop. A full page from start to finish takes me about a day, but I typically do several pages of pencils in a row, then go back and do the inks, etc.
I end up finishing a handful of pages over the course of a week.
